Professor Anderson holds a B.S. Degree in Physical Eduation from Russell Sage College and a M.Ed. Degree in Adapted and Corrective Physical Education from Springfield College. 

She is presently working on a C.A.G.S. Degree in Curriculum and Instruction at Lesley University.  She is active in all aspects of the college community and is presently serving as NCAA Faculty Athletic Representative. 

Professor Anderson is also a musician, playing the French Horn in two small wind ensembles.
