MOUNT IDA LOSES TO MORRISVILLE STATE
It was a wet and wild day on the campus of Mount Ida College this Saturday the Mustangs getting handed their seventh loss of the season to visitor Morrisville State, 15-6. The Mustangs wrapped up 2007 with a 3-7 overall record and a positive attitude towards the 2008 campaign.

MUSTANGS TALLY THIRD WIN OF SEASON, Offensive Line Plays Stellar Game
The Mount Ida College Football team hosted fellow Division III Independent Gallaudet University this Saturday on a rainy day winning by a score of 28-14. The Mustangs would pick up win number three besting their record to 3-6 while the Bison dropped to 3-4.

MUSTANGS DROP TO HARTWICK, Kyle Watkins Has Seven Catches For 139 Yards
The Mount Ida College Football team traveled to Oneonta, New York this weekend for a showdown with Hartwick College hoping to get back on track to solidify their third win. It was a tight game until the home team broke it open, with most of the momentum on the side of the Mustangs going into the second half. But the Hawks scored quickly to put it out of reach, handing MIC their sixth loss of the season.

The Mount Ida College Football team hosted the University of Rochester for the first time in their history on a beautiful Mustang homecoming day.

MUSTANGS LOSE A TIGHT ONE TO UTICA
The Mount Ida College Football team hosted Utica College today on a hot and humid afternoon losing 29-27 in a back and fourth game that ended on a failed two point conversion by the Mustangs.

MUSTANGS DROP TO HUSSON, 39-13
The Eagles rolled to a 39-13 win over visiting Mount Ida College (1-3) on Homecoming Weekend. Husson used a ground game which racked up 300 yards and the Eagle defense recorded 9 sacks and 15 plays for lost yardage.<P>

MOUNT IDA STUNS BECKER COLLEGE, 45-41, Kyle Watkins Is Player Of The Game
In one of the most unbelievable football games ever played at Mount Ida College, the Mustangs came back with :21 seconds left on the clock in the fourth quarter on a kickoff return by sophomore Kyle Watkins (New Haven, CT/New Haven) who ran it back 72 yards for the lead and the win.

The 2007 Mount Ida College football team completed an overtime win this Saturday at Maritime College (SUNY) winning 44-38 in a tough game that went back and fourth through every aspect on the field.

Senior Jeff Mack (Milford, N.H./Milford) and junior Brandon Clough (Gonic, N.H./Spaulding) each rushed for over 100 yards Saturday afternoon, as the Plymouth State University football team ran past Mount Ida College, 41-30, in the Panthers’ season opener at Currier Field.
