Andrew Fink is currently in his ninth year as the Mount Ida College men’s lacrosse head coach and 10th year with the program overall. He has compiled an overall record of 94-42, including an impressive 56-1 mark in regular season play versus North Atlantic Conference competition. In Mount Ida's first year as a member of the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC), Fink and the Mustangs captured their first ever GNAC title with a 9-6 victory over neighboring rival Lasell College. Along with the championship victory, the Mustangs compiled an 11-7 overall record in 2011 including a perfect 7-0 slate in GNAC play.
Fink was recently named the Athletic department's Recruiting and
Retention Coordinator.
Fink also serves as a liaison between athletics and admissions
at Mount Ida. He teaches health classes in the sport management
department as well.
Fink has brought six NAC titles and three NCAA tournament
appearances to the college since he took over as head coach.
Fink played his college lacrosse at the University of Hartford,
graduating in 2001 with a degree in communications from the College
of Arts and Sciences. As a four-year varsity player and three-year
starter, Fink played defense for Hartford. In his junior campaign,
the Hawks earned the American East Conference regular season
title.
A graduate of Rocky Hill High School in East Greenwich, Rhode
Island, Fink earned all-league and all-state honors in
lacrosse.
Fink was honored as Mount Ida College's "Coach-of-the-Year" in 2009 and most recently in 2011. He was most selected by his peers as Coach-of-the-Year for the North Atlantic Conference (NAC) for 2004 and 2010 and was also selected as Coach-of-the-Year for the GNAC this past season (2011).
Fink and his coaching staff were selected to present at the United States Lacrosse (USL) National Convention for the third consecutive year discussing "Offense vs. Defense - Strategy and Adjustments", "Team Defense", and Man-Down Defense" in Baltimore, Maryland. Fink and his staff recently completed a presentation at the 2012 convention Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on "Zone Defense".
Andrew is the owner and operator of the Big 3 Lacrosse Camp in Barrington, Rhode Island. Along with the Big 3 Camp, Fink skippers two travel teams out of Connecticut and Massachusetts and recently traveled to Prague, Czech Republic for the third consecutive year with his international team to compete in the Prague Cup.
Andrew is recently married to his wife Noelle and has a Chiwawa named Eddie. Andrew and his wife recently had a son, Meyer Lucas Fink. They reside in Providence, Rhode Island.

Christopher Widelo

Chris Widelo will be starting his
sixth season with the Mount Ida Men's Lacrosse Team along
side head coach Andrew Fink.
Widelo is a 1997 graduate of Assumption College in Worcester,
Massachusetts where he earned his BA in History and Political
Science. He was a four year standout for the Greyhounds at
defense and was named team MVP in 1997. In 1998 Widelo joined
the coaching staff at Assumption as an assistant coach and then
served as the head coach for the team from 1999-2004.
Widelo is the owner and director of XCEL Lacrosse Leagues, an
organization that offers leagues and clinics for youth, high school
and adult lacrosse players. He is also a lead instructor for
the XCEL Lacrosse Training Program. Over the last decade
Widelo has been involved with the Bay State Games as both an
assistant and head coach for the Metro Region Boys Scholastic
Lacrosse Team.
Chris is also the director of the Big 3 Lacrosse Camp in
Barrington, Rhode Island.

Anthony DiMaio enters his third season as Assistant Coach/Offensive Coordinator for the Mount Ida College men's lacrosse program. He is also a coach-in-residence on the campus.
Dimaio is a 2009 graduate of Mount Ida College with a degree in Sport Management and a three year member of the Mustang lacrosse team. He was awarded the Most Improved Player award in 2005 and was part three (2005, 2006, 2009) North Atlantic Conference (NAC) championship teams.

Brett T. Conley is currently entering his second season an assistant coach for the Mount Ida College men’s lacrosse team. Brett's main focus will be with the attack unit under the direction of ninth year head coach Andrew Fink.
Conley is one of the most decorated players in Mount Ida lacrosse history, where he played four seasons with the Mustangs. With an incredible resume, Brett was 2006 North Atlantic Conference (NAC) Rookie and Player-of-the-Year, 2007 Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference (ECAC) offensive player of the week, 2008 ECAC 2nd team all New England, 2009 NAC player of the year, and was a Mount Ida College Student-Athlete Award Recipient.
Graduating in 2009 with a degree in Business Management, Brett is also an Account Manager at Affinity Marketing Group.
