FOUR MUSTANGS SELECTED AS NFCA SCHOLAR ATHLETES
The National Fastpitch Coaches Association has announced the All-Academic teams and Scholar-Athletes for the 2010 softball season. Four Mount Ida College softball players were recognized. Sophomore hurler and utility player Devan Meeker (Bantam, CT/Litchfield), junior first baseman Erin Dufficy (Shelton, CT/Shelton), sophomore third baseman Danielle Mitchell (Whitman, MA/Whitman-Hanson Regional), and junior outfielder Tracy Koukol (North Attleboro, MA/North Attleboro). Congratulations to these four student-athlete’s on this wonderful accomplishment.
