Noel Vigue is in his fifth year as Head Coach for the Women's Cross Country program and Adjunct Faculty in Sport Management. In addition to Mount Ida, Noel serves as Head Coach of Strength and Conditioning at the Boston University Athletic Enhancement Center. He has also held positions as Owner and Director of Athletic Performance Enhancement(APE) in Worcester, MA and served as the Head Athletic Trainer at Quabbin Regional High/Middle School in Barre, MA.

He is a member of National Strength and Conditioning Association and is a Certified American Heart Association Healthcare Provider. He received his M.Ed. in Health Sciences from Worcester State College, B.S. in Athletic Training from Bridgewater State College and A.S. in Athletic Training/Physical Education from Dean College.

Brain Binari has been promoted to Head Athletic Trainer for the Mount Ida College athletic department and will enter his third season as assistant cross country coach for both the men's and women's teams.  Binari was the assistant athletic trainer four years prior before landing the head position.

Binari also works with the Intramural department during the school year running fitness porgrams for all students on campus.

He comes to the Mustangs from California University of Pennsylvania as a graduate assistant in their athletic training office.

He recieved a bachelor of science from Merrimack College in North Andover, Massachusetts majoring in Sports Medicine.  He recently was presented with his master's of science degree from California University of Pennsylvania.  Performance enhancement specialization was primarily where he focused his attention. 

Brian was joined in marriage to his wife Crnthia in June 2010 and currently reisdes in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
